Blaze sync

For the last three days, I haven't been able to get my Fitbit Blaze to sync to the app. I have restarted my fitbit, I have uninstalled the app and redownloaded it, I have tried from my laptop, and nothing seems to be working. Is anyone else having this issue?

I am struggling to get mine to sync , luckily i am managing once a day , but that is it , and even then i think it is just pure luck that it does it.

I'm having the same problem, my phone seems unable to connect with the blaze via bluetooth. I've turned it all off, reset blaze, reset phone and app and nothing.... extremely disappointed!

Yes, since the update to the app, it is near impossible to sinc to my phone. My bluetooth setting on my blaze now keeps changing to off. And my alarms aren't going off either. I came onto the fitbit website in hopes of finding an update to the bios of my Blaze itself. My hopes are not high.

I've tried to reset everything and can't get it sync. Frustrated

Still having issues a week later , it is hit or miss whether or not it sync's , even trying to get the app to manually sync doesn't work 99 % of the time. getting frustrating now , its as if they are slowly turning the Blaze Fit Bit off trying to get us to buy a newer model.

That's exactly what I was thinking! They are purposely trying to get us to buy the newer ones.

I'm having the exact same problem, and for the same amount of time! 😡 My Fitbit used to sync once per hour, and now it's once daily, if AT ALL.  I didn't change any settings, etc. What's up @Fitbit?

Same. Hasn't synched properly for a month, cannot get notifications etc. I was given this by someone, glad I didn't pay for it. If I'm looking for a similar product in the future, might look elsewhere...

Don't be too hasty about that. I've had the Blaze for two years and it's a great device, I think this problem is more Fitbit than the device.

Same issue. I still get notifications to my Blaze but it hasn't synced with my phone since Aug 26. I can tell you I'll switch to a different brand when I have to replace this one.
