Blaze sync

Sometimes I need to have the blue tooth off on my phone for a 12 hour shift at work to save battery life on my android galaxy S6. When I turn the blue tooth hack on the Blaze acts like it is trying to sync but fails. The little arrows spin but nothing. I try restarating my phone, turning on and off my WiFi. I try holding the left and bottom right bottom down on my fitbit for a super long time until I see a symbol while I am trying to force a sync via the app and nothing. So frustrating!!!!!!! Help

Hey @Ajayne. Good to see you around1 🙂

This is strange. Your tracker should sync right once you turn the bluetooth on without any problem. Does this happen all the time?

The one thing I can think that could help here would be to set up your trakcer as a new device. For that, it would be worth restarting your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds and then go on your app and tap at the top left corner. Go to the Devices section and here choose the option that says "Set up a new device"

Follow the on-screen instructions and once the process is completed make sure to turn the notifications on and see how it goes.
