For the last three days, I haven't been able to get my Fitbit Blaze to sync to the app. I have restarted my fitbit, I have uninstalled the app and redownloaded it, I have tried from my laptop, and nothing seems to be working. Is anyone else having this issue?
Yes, since the update to the app, it is near impossible to sinc to my phone. My bluetooth setting on my blaze now keeps changing to off. And my alarms aren't going off either. I came onto the fitbit website in hopes of finding an update to the bios of my Blaze itself. My hopes are not high.
Best AnswerStill having issues a week later , it is hit or miss whether or not it sync's , even trying to get the app to manually sync doesn't work 99 % of the time. getting frustrating now , its as if they are slowly turning the Blaze Fit Bit off trying to get us to buy a newer model.
Same. Hasn't synched properly for a month, cannot get notifications etc. I was given this by someone, glad I didn't pay for it. If I'm looking for a similar product in the future, might look elsewhere...
Best AnswerDon't be too hasty about that. I've had the Blaze for two years and it's a great device, I think this problem is more Fitbit than the device.
