Blaze syncing but not updating steps

It stop updating my steps. It keep sync but nothing change please help.

Do you see the steps increase on your Blaze but not in the app?

Hi there @Dyamonddiva80s. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂

It's very strange that your tracker is not syncing your steps but it is syncing everything else... Have you  tried by any chance to restart it? You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and after that, all should be syncing properly.

Also, thanks for giving us a hand here @Matt_sydney. I think that's something important to check as well.

I was having the same issue with my fitbit blaze.  My app would say that my blaze was synced and would even show my real time heartbeat, but no steps.  (Yes, I was seeing steps on my fitbit itself)   I just wanted to reply to say that it looks like the restart fixed the issue and I am now seeing my steps in my app.
