Clock faces on Blaze are showing a wrong date format

Is anyone else having an issue where the moment, nautical & flare faces are showing day - month rather than the demo face month - day format ? I’ve tried different phones iPhone SE/iPhone 7 and played with all the units under advanced and still it won’t show correct. I reached out to support but because I didn’t buy it new from a retailer I’m not worth wasting time on. Thanks guys.

Please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. Since you've contacted our Support Team in regards to this, my best recommendation is to contacted them back. 

 

The available clock faces for Fitbit Blaze are the following ones (the stats should be displayed as shown in the image):

Hello...as I said...it’s not under warranty so they are no longer assisting me.

 

Am I really the first person this is happening to ?

Hello...

 

I wanted to clarify that you want me to .....contact support back after I have said that they do not want to support me because it was not bought from a retailer & do not feel they are responsible to resolve this.

 

I am also curious as it seems by your profile you are an admin or moderator

yet your reply was:

Are you using a language translator to reply to threads ?...as in English is not your primary language....just curious.
