Hello,
Ever since my Fitbit Blaze battery completely died, I can no longer pair with my phone. I have restarted it multiple times, turned Bluetooth off and on multiple times and even tried restating as a new device. Still will not pair and sync.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having issues with your Blaze? Can you please go to the Fitbit app and search for the Blaze icon? If you see the Blaze icon, it means that your tracker stills paired to your account.
If this is the case, your issue is directly with syncing and my suggestion here is to take a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.
