Have you tried to change the time zone to something different then change it back to the correct one?
Will need to sync after each change
Also check your computer and phone time to make sure they are correct
Then Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
Restart

Welcome to the Forums @mofitz, @mnmgopsu. @WendyB and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.
If your trackers are not displaying the correct time, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync your trackers, put the correct time and sync them again.
To change the timezone, you just need to do the following from your iOS Fitbit app:
1. Tap Account.
2. Tap Advanced Settings.
3. Tap Time Zone.
4. Change the timezone.
5. Sync.
I hope this helps, let me know how it goes. ![]()
