A warm welcome to the Forums @Gilrim and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.
If your tracker is not showing the correct time, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync your tracker, put the correct time and sync your tracker one more time.
To change the timezone, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app:
1. Tap the account icon in the upper right corner
2. Slide down and tap advanced settings
3. Check your timezone and edit it
4. Sync
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

I downloaded on line on how to set the correct time on my blaze fit bits and it directed me to open the fit bit application the tap the account iconin the bottom right then scroll down to advance setting and make
sure set automatically is enabled, thenthe correct time zone is listed. then sync your device. I could not find the account botton on the bottom right of my mobile phone. then you said it should be be on the top right that look like disc. I tried this but still, but I cannot find the setting to set the correct time on my blaze fit bit.

Thanks for the information @Gilrim. Have you tried correcting the timezone from a computer? If you haven't, I recommend doing the following and as mentioned from a computer:
1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to the Time section and choose the time zone that best reflects your current location. You can also select 12-hour or 24-hour time display format here.
4. Sync your tracker to update your time zone.
Let me know the outcome.

1. Tap the account icon in the upper right corner
2. Slide down to Advanced Settings
3. Enable the automatic timezone
4. Edit the timezone
5. Sync
Keep me posted.
