I normally turn off Bluetooth on my iPad to save battery. The iPad uses IOS 10.1.1 and until recent firmware update of the Blaze (December 2016) when I turned on the iPad Bluetooth it paired with the BLaze almost straight away. Since the firmware update the iPad seeks the Blaze but cannot connect. If I go to the settings on the Blaze it says that Bluetooth Classic is off, and despite tapping it to change to Pair I still cannot connect. The only solition is to shut down the Blaze and re-atart, when it connects immediately. Any thoughts ?
Also the Bluetooth on settings on the Blaze disappears, only making itself visible on the screenwhen the above happens.
any rhoughts ?

The first thing to say is that the Bluetooth Classic interface isn't used for syncing the Blaze so that can be ignored. There's perhaps something going else on with the Bluetooth
LE interface but there are no user controls for that.

I'll also add that ios doesnt use Bluetooth classic at all, everything is done through BTLE.
Do you also sync through a second device? If so turn its Bluetooth off or move it at least 30 feet away.

I only synch to iPad. Doesn't seem as though there is a simple answer so will need to have Bluetooth running on iPad all the time. However it does seem strange that this has only happened since the last firmware update to the Blaze.
thanks anyway
