Blaze touch screen not working

Last night my Blaze battery died, I plugged it in and it charged overnight. Upon unplugging it this morning the screen was working just fine. I set it down next to my phone to sync (the time is always wrong after it charges). When I came back to it a couple minutes later, I couldn't get the screen to come on. I plugged it back in and it was working just fine so I unplugged it again, and it stopped working again. I have a few alarms set, and when one of them went off the screen lit up and then froze for a few seconds and now won't do anything. The Fitbit app can't even find it to sync

When I charged my Blaze everything was working fine, but now I am unable to access my device.  The screen was blank at first, but now it's flashing between a blank screen and a pixelated image of the Fitbit icon.  I attempted to restart it as suggested, but that did not work.  Usually there is a Green light on the back of the Blaze, but that is gone as well.  I have had this Blaze for more than a year and never had any issues until today.  I appreciate the assistance.

My Blaze touchscreen also is not working. It’s just over 2 years old and I haven’t had any issues before now. It is also restarting itself and sometimes stays turned off and The only way it will turn on is if I hard restart it but then I feel it vibrate as it’s resrartinr itself.  Not sure what is wrong with it. 🤷🏼‍:female_sign:

Fitbit Blaze is frozen of watch faceplate and does not allow access to today stats, exercise, stopwatch, settings, etc. Only to music controls and to scroll through notifications. Have restarted it many times. Sometimes it works fine for 2 minutes then resets itself and freezes again
