Blaze tracking by itself

Very disappointed in the blaze. After many calls to fitbit and chats on line, fitbit can not back up their products.  2nd fitbit that had to be replaced. The surge band tore and the replacement irritated my skin. So I purchased the blaze  after 18 months it started to act up. My concern is Fitbit seems to think people have money to replace these disposable appliances.  They need to extend their warranties beyond a year.  It appears after the warranty expires Fitbit breaks down. So fustrated.....

Hi there @GennyG. I'm glad to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having problems with your Fitbit devices 😕

I'd like to help you out with the  Blaze that you have. Is it that you take it off and it will continue to track steps even when you're not wearing it or is it calories that it is tracking or what exactly happens? Does this happen at any moment during the day or is it only during the night?

If you could provide with as much detail as possible, I'd appreciate that a lot to help you out.

Thank you so much but it's happening all by itself counting steps I went through all the different resetting adding my steps manually And it continues to do it. The problem is I have it linked to my weight watchers and now it's given me all these extra points through weight watchers that I really didn't earn and there's no way to remove them
