Fitbit automatically changed to the new dashboard, and how can I go back to the old? I do not like the new layout!!
Moderator edit: subject updated for clarity
Ho @Cavajj. Welcome to the Fitbit forums! We do not have the option of going back to the old version of the dashboard. But let us know if we can answer any specific questions to help you navigate the new version more easily.
@Cavajj Currently there are 5 different divices that each have there own dashboard.
It would be benificial to know which device. For android go to the account settings - advanced settings - switch to old dashboard.
Thank you very much!! I didn't think to mention it was the Blaze because I had been selecting Blaze options along the way...
A simple fix.
Thank you.
Jennifer
Best AnswerTotally agree - I tried the new dashboard and HATED it on my android. So I switched back and now no longer have the option - they have forced us to use the new one. Still hate it - but will have to limp along until it dies - never buying another Fitbit, nor endorsing it to the Wellness Group. This is the opposite of good customer service.
@Bwellsnp wrote:Really unhappy there is no way to return to the old dash board. Anyone try another app? Some are supposed to function with the fitbit.
Before your unit dies, there probably will be another dashboard. Android is on Its forth since i got my first Fitbit, and everyone had its opposition especially the one you so loved.
I have found that since I have had my fitbit for almost a year, I don't need the app anymore really... I don't see that we get a choice back to old dashboard. It's amazing how much battery time you save when not syncing with the app. Just delete the app. Boom.
Best AnswerIt's actually the visual that's biggest issue, looks like a cartoon & all the circles just not as easy to use/read. Pretty arrogant not to give customers choice especially since everyone uses it differently.

It's great to see you around @juskeepgoin! It's not normal that your tiles aren't staying the way you're leaving them. I would like you to make sure you have the latest app version which is 2.52 for Android and force quit the app. After this, edit the tiles you have in your Dashboard, by doing the following:
Hope this helps!

Hey @juskeepgoin! The firmware version that you're seeing belongs to the Fitbit tracker and not for the app version. In case, you're having any question about the firmware version of your tracker you may want to check this article What's changed in the latest tracker update?.
Hope this helps!

Hey there @juskeepgoin! You can double check if you have the latest version of the app by going to the Google Play and check if you have any updates available, if there's no the Fitbit app then you have the latest one.
Have you tried the procedure I posted above? Are you still experiencing this issue with your tiles?
Hope this helps!
