Blaze treadmill accuracy

I've noticed that when I'm running on the treadmill my blaze it doesn't seem to be accurate.  Today I ran with the treadmill at 8.2mph the after 10 minutes my firbit says .78 how is that possible??

If I jog at 5.5 it seems to be very close to all the treadmills at both the gyms I go to.

When I have it on run with GPS outdoors it seems to be right on the money.

If you are holding on to the bars it will not count accurately. Also you not covering an exact distance because you are not moving forward.
