Blaze update and sleep tracking

I can’t figure out how to update my blaze, last time there was an option to when I opened the app buts there isn’t this time. Also it didn’t do the sleep stages last night. Help

It won't show unless there is a firmware update. I updated mine recently and am now on 8.402.1. What version are you on?
