Weird behavior that started 2-3 days ago. The Action button (top right) seems to activate on its own! It then pops the Notifications screen On/Off, or the volume setting. Each time the device vibrates, which makes it quite annoying. Also, given that it's expending all this energy doing this, the charge goes down to zero in a single day.
I've ordered a new frame from amazon, in case the buttons on it got screwed up. Oddly, even while in the charging holder my fitbit sometimes still activates the 'action' button and does what I described above.
It's on the latest firmware. (8.402.1)

I'm having the same problem with mine as well. The screen randomly activates and cycles through the home screen information rapidly & repeatedly. The battery drains just as rapidly making the unit almost unusable. What's happening Fitbit?

It's great to see new faces @SunsetRunner and @DeeJay08, welcome!
I would like to know if you have tried to restart your trackers? If you haven't, I recommend restarting them by doing the following:
- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
- Let go of the buttons.
Let me know the outcome.

Hi there,
Yes, I restarted my tracker several times and it didn't help.
This however did help: I bought a new frame for my Blaze, as my old one had a damaged button.
That solved the problem, since then, about 1 week now, by Blaze is back to full function., and so am I!
Thanks.

My Blaze has been doing this also. You can see a little semicircle on the screen next to the top right button and then it goes to the notifications screen and the volume, as well as vibrates. I have restarted and shut it off multiple times and it still happens. It’s driving me crazy!
