Blaze very uncomfortable to wear

I've had the Blaze for a day now and for the most part I'm please with my purchase, but it is uncomfortable to wear. I've loosened up the band and I'm still experiencing the same thing. I've considered exchanging it for the Flex 2 but that one doesn't have all of the features I'm looking for. Anyone else having this issue?

Hello and welcome to the forums @DeVonna

You might want to give it a bit more time. Depending on where you purchased it, you have at least two weeks. If from Fitbit directly, you have 45 days.

I have the Blaze, which replaced my ChargeHR. It is a tad bigger than the ChargeHR, but I've gotten used to it.

What seems to be the area where it's not comfortable for you?

I'm pretty sure the discomfort is caused by the heart rate sensor. Wearing it a tad loose seems to help. You should be able to slide a finger easily between the band and your wrist.

I've been wearing one for almost 5 months now. It still isn't comfortable, but not enough to give up on it.

Hi @DeVonna. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

As @mysterymeat and @Odyssey13 mention, you can give it some time while the band accomodates to your wrist. It's just matter of getting used to it and if after a couple of weeks you still feel it uncomfortable, you can return it and get a different model that you think will be better for you.

Anything else, let us know!

I have to say, I agree. I was given mine for Christmas and find it really uncomfortable too. I think it's a brilliantly clever but it is uncomfortable. I also think it's madness to sell something that you can't try on in the shop.

I agree. I even bought a different band - it didn't matter. I find them both uncomfortable to wear.  Certainly, it is not comfortable enough to wear at night too.

I returned the Blaze for the Charge 2. I have no complaints with this one!
