Blaze vs. Surge

So I just switched to a Blaze from the Surge.  I do 2-mile runs.  With the Blaze, it indicated it was only 1.39 miles for the same distance the Surge shows as 2 miles.  It didn't vibrate at the mile markers either, and I can't see what distance I've run on the Blaze like I could on the Surge  so I can see the time it's taking me.

Any suggestions?

Hello @dls98tuc if your using the Multisport mode you should be able to see the distance,  you might have to swipe through the screens.

When it comes to the mile notifications, before you start the recording,  press the setting cog and make sure that they are turned on. This only an option in run.

About distance, did you have the phone with you and the Blaze say it was connected to yhe phones GPS

I did not have my phone with me, so I unchecked the box that said to use the phone GPS.

I liked the fact that I could just look at the Surge and it would show my time and distance.  Not seeing that with the Blaze.
