My Blaze has not synced since 6AM. I have not changed settings. I have turned off/on the tracker. I have turned off/on the app. I have restarted app. I have turned off/on the bluetooth. I have deleted cache and data for app and also unistalled and reinstalled the app. Is anyone else having that same issue all of the sudden???
I don't have mine set to 'all day sync,' but for about the past week, when I open the app to have it sync, it usually 'cannot find tracker.' Then I have to reset my tracker, and/or close the app and reopen it. The app also doesn't seem to be giving accurate battery level info (or at least it gives much different info than the tracker displays.)
Best AnswerVery frustrating. My Blaze will only sync when placed in the charger (oddly, it will do this whether the charger is plugged into an AC adapter or into a USB port on my desktop).
I now own three Fitbits -- a One, a Surge and a Blaze -- and the One is the most reliable unit. The Surge's charging connection is loose (it's not the charger itself; I bought a second one and it's superwonky with both of them) and easily disconnects, which sucks when the battery only lasts about 36 hours (even without GPS on).
Honestly if it wasn't for the community aspect of competing with friends I'd ditch these turkeys for a Garmin or something.
Best AnswerMine is syncing now. I had to use the shutdown feature from setting screen on my Fitbit. When I turned it back on it synced up.

Best AnswerMy Blaze started doing this after the last update. Randomly will not sync and cannot be found (app continuously looking for tracker). I have been sucessful just shutting down tracker and phone app. Then restarting both. But that last update has really made my Blaze turn to garbage.
It starting reporting sleep time from 11 to 13 hours, when it clearly showed the correct times I went to sleep and woke up which was about 6 hours total. Now it has stopped tracking my sleep, and I don't have any sleep entries since 5/31/2017.
What in the world is going on at Fitbit? Are they hiring developers from crackerjack boxes? I am personally responsible for at least 4 people I know buing these things. After only a year ownership, I feel like I've been taken for $200. NOT happy at all.
