My blaze will not charge. I’ve checked my power sources, I’m using the same charger it cane with, tried to reset it, but nothing. I’ve never had an issue with my blaze before. When I put in the the charging cradle I’m making sure everything is lined up. It just flashes a red line in the battery in the screen oppose to the battery showing its charging. Please help!

Hold down the left & bottom right button for 15 seconds & it should light up.
