Blaze will not setup

My blaze is new, it will sync, but stops halfway through the update. I've tried everything listed to complete the setup, but nothing works. Please help

Wont setup, wont swipe right out of box. The factory reset come back to logo with fitbit.com/setup below. Not real happy with this thing right now

@Jeff1964  you say you have an update bar, does it increase in lean gtg with every try? If so the easiest thing is to keep trying.. Alternatively yolo can use a different device to update through. 

 

@HermBob got to the setup link through the device that you want to use.. Then follow the prompts to download and install the software

Hey! 

Ystrday i bought dis new blaze..

N i tried of setting up lik a dozen times..n tried all d ways u mentioned . . but the updating bar doesn't appear at all...it is stuck at fitbit.com/setup

N i cnt see the charging logo on d display . .is that common before setup??

I would like to know if you keep having problems setting up your trackers? If you do, I recommend restarting your Blaze and try the setup procedure from a computer. Once you set them up from a computer you will be able to sync your trackers with your phones.

N miraculously it did work.
N now i am using the blaze.
