My wife and I both have the Fitbit blaze. We discovered last night while setting a new silent alarm that it wont sync. My android shows that the fitbit app just updated. When rebooting the blaze several times and reloading app to get it to work, I noticed the time was off. That would not sync too.
I deleted my blaze from my account and just added it back and the time is right but the silent alarms will not sync.

Hi,
I'd like to report exactly the same problem. Updated silent alarms will not sync to my blaze. The entire sync process for steps and exercise etc does not seem to complete successfully either. Not sure if it's related the the most recent app update?
Cheers.

I am having this same issue, also with Android (Nexus 6), also after the last app update. Is there any way to go back to previous app version? This really sucks, having to use my phone alarm again for the last 4 - 5 days.

I just tried reverting to the previous app version but it still did not fix the issue for me. Message states 'Sync error, please try again'.

My Blaze is not synching the time either. It went dead over the weekend, charged it when I returned home, and the time is still off. I have turned off, restarted my phone, and reset the Blaze-still no change to correct the time.
Thanks in advance for any help provided!

Mine as well! Self-healing I guess (or maybe the issue was due to remote sync and they fixed on their network 😊

Mine also must have synced during Tuesday night as I was awoken by my alarm on Wednesday morning. Don't think I've ever been so happy to be woken by an alarm ; ) Thank you fitbit.
