I have rebooted both my phone and the Blaze several times as per other posts. Bluetooth is on, yet, my Blaze still will not sync. I have never had a problem in the last year until now. Any ideas?

Best AnswerI chatted with the good folks in the Help Center. I had to unpair, then again pair my Blaze. That worked.

Best AnswerGood morning. My Fitbit blaze is not syncing to my device. Last sync was 10/5. I've followed all the instructions (restart, unpair, re-pair, bluetooth on off and on again). I do notice this time on my bluetooth device selection listed is "Blaze" and "Blaze (Classic), that has never displayed before. Not sure what has changed. It finds my tracker but still doesn't sync. And I'm on a full battery.
I have the same problem. It was working all fine, till my OnePlus 6 phone got a F*^*&%^ng Google Android Update. I hate google. Any news?

Best AnswerThis really stinks and is frustrating. My blaze will only sync when I am out of my house or workplace and only periodically. I’ve done all of the suggestions. Reboot. Restore. Resynce. Etc. seems the unit is junk after only several months of use
