Best Answer@steveogs I'm not sure what a while is, but I've seen mine take up to 2 hours before the battery is strong enough to turn the unit on. My thought is to use a known USB port or charger, plug it in, make sure the Blaze is inserted correctly and wait. A phone charger would charge a little faster than a computer port, because the battery can accept more than the 500MA the pc port is ratted at.

@steveogs If your battery was totally drained, it may take a while for it to get enough charge just to even show the battery indicator.

I've had my blaze for a month and it won't charge! Tried different chargers... different charging ports and nothing! Not even a better icon... please help!
Best AnswerMy Blaze was low on battery (not yet in the red zone), and now has been in its charging cradle for 12+ hours, but it won't charge. Can't even get enough juice to shut down! Tried plugging into different outlets, different blocks - nothing! HELP!!
I now have the same problem - my Blaze was working fine and now has stopped charging and just gets warm. I have tried cleaning the pins, different chargers, USB ports etc. It just shows the FitBit symbol on the screen and then flashing battery icon top left. Its been in charge overnight and nothing happens!
This may be a solution in some limited cases but mine has been on the charger for two days and it simply won't charge. This is my second and most likely last Fitbit. I'm not paying $200 for another piece of junk that doesn't even last a year. There have been issues with it ever since I first bought it with it not counting data/steps even while I obseved it. For instance, during an hour it might get to 248 steps well before the hour was up and no matter how many steps I would take before the end of the hour it would never add amymore steps. That kind of thing I generally got mad about but chose to ignore because it worked most of the time. But now it doesn't work at all!!!
My Blaze Will NOT charge right out of the BOX!! I have had the Blaze charging (Supposed to be) for over 10 hours and still nothing!!!!! I can't even get it set up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is really upsetting (i'd like to use a different word/phrase but I won't to show how mad I am)

Fitbit Blaze died. Now it is not charging
Best AnswerHow long was it dead @Vinodragrawal.. I find sometimes it takes several hours on its charger before the tracker shows any life?
Then a restart is often needed.. Make sure your plugged into a known good port or wall wort.
