Blaze won't charge in the dock, cleaned carefully the dock tips with gentle toothbrush. Returned Blaze to dock n it goes to clock face with the little red battery icon upper left corner flashing 1 x bar of red. tried synching but not luck except it updated the clock. cannot reset it cos not enough charge.
