Hi,
Please help. My year old Blaze will not charge even though it's in its cradle. No battery indicator is lighting up as it usually does. I restarted it. I cleaned the contacts on both the Blaze and the charger as best as I could. I tried plugging the charger into different USB ports. I've followed all the troubleshooting tips and still no dice.
Please advise me on what else I can do.
Thanks.

I have the same problem here.
When the first fitbit came out, the product was good at it's time. Plus, the customer service was amazing! That is why I bought 3 other fitbits in my life, one for an upgrade and 2 other for family.
On my upgrade (ie. Blaze), there was an issue. I called fitbit about it. On calling them, they didn't bother to diagnose on my Fitbit problem. Their only solutions is just to sell me a new one! Not happy!
I called again, just thinking it was just one telephone operator, again, it was the same thing again. THESE PEOPLE DON"T CARE ABOUT YOU, OTHER THAN YOUR MONEY.
DON"T BUY ONE.
Plus, now looking back at the product, I believe there was a limitation where their competitor has a remedy. Look into another company device.
