My Blaze is a little over 3 years old, when I put it on my charger and closed the lid this morning it will not charge. I have tried cleaning the contacts first with a dry cloth then with a little bit of alcohol on a cotton swab. I have tried powering down using the settings, I have tried a reset using the left and bottom right buttons. I have also tried a different outlet. I only have one blaze so I cannot try a different charger but i did try a different usb plug adapter. Any suggestions?

Hi I have the same issue. Tried numerous suggestions and no luck. My phone says the battery is full but the battery icon on the face flashes indicating that it needs a check. Nothing happens and it keep flashing.
The battery had a fall charge last week which took ages.
