Blaze won’t charge

I went to bed last night with my Blaze fully changed and awakened this morning with it completely dead. Tried to charge it but it won’t charge at all. Is anyone else having this issue? Have you found a resolution to fix it?

hello everyone,

 

I finally figured it out. The reset finally took and now my blaze is charging. I had tried to reset it before and it didn’t take so something told me to try again and it finally took. So if you’re having this problem just keep trying to reset it. For those who do not know how to reset, just press the left button and the bottom right button at the same time and wait for your screen to light up.
