The green lights are on but my fit bit blaze isn't tracking my heart rate... I've tried turning it off and on several times and turning the heart rate off and on several times but still not working.. Any ideas of what can be done??
I'm having the same issue. I've restarted it, unpaired and paired it with my phone, turned heart rate off and then restarted it, nothing seems to work. At this point I'm thinking about switching to a different brand
