Blaze won’t turn on

My Fitbit blaze will only work when on charger. I had it for a while bought new but took a brake from it for exactly a year. Now that I want to use it again I can’t, In order for me to sync it through my phone again I had to hold it onto the charger pins and set it up . Once I remove it from the charge cradle it doesnt work at all. When it is plugged in battery symbol says it is full. I tried doing the restart but nothing works. I still left it all night on charger and still won’t turn on even when I try to put it on my hand.

Hi @Gisela-g  first of all, you shouldn't leave any Fitbit on the charger all night. You only need a few hours to go from a low battery to a fully charged one. Since you let the battery die for a year and the restart hasn't helped, it is possible that your Blaze is dead. It does happen. Keep trying the restart a few more times, but if it doesn't respond, it is probably gone. Mother's Day sales are coming up soon.
