My blaze will not connect to my app, I still get my messages but it will not go any further than the 4 digit pin. I've turned off an on Bluetooth, restarted my blaze, restarted my phone..... what else can I do? Thanks in advance

Hi there @Pinkcowgirl! I'm glad to see you in the Community! 🙂
I'd like to know if you're trying to set up your tracker or if you've already done that before and it's not connecting now. Do you get any type of error message? If you're setting up your tracker, you should be doing this from the app and not from the bluetooth settings on your phone. Go to the App and look for the Account section. Here choose the "Set up a new device" option, follow the instructions and you should be a ble to connect your tracker to your phone without any problem.

So I had removed my device from my app a few weeks ago because It was not syncing with my phone so the time was off etc. But now it will not let me add the device again. It just gets stuck at the four digit screen trying to connect.
