I just opened my blaze and started to set it up but it was too low on battery but it doesn't charge. I checked the pings the clicking when you close the dock. Nothing works

Hi there @Jedi.Jovel. Good to see new faces in the Community! 😄
Whenever you just got your Blaze, if you put it to charge, nothing will show on the screen other than "fitbit.com/setup". This means that you need to go through the setup process first.
For that, download the Fitbit app on your phone and make sure it's compatible. You can check that here. After you've confirmed it's compatible, and have downloaded the app, go to the account section and look for the option that says Set up a new device. Follow the instructions and your tracker will be ready once you finish.
