My blaze showed message clock error so I chose another clock face yesterday and it synced fine and worked fine,when I looked at it later the diamond pattern was on it and now it's constantly on and flashing ,I've tried syncing again and now it says error syncing and just won't go off the diamond pattern.

Thank you for all the details about the error message or the diamond pattern that you mentioned. If possible, could you please provide a picture of this pattern that you mentioned and that you're constantly getting on the screen? Or let me know if you're referring to the Fitbit logo.
