My Fitbit Blaze won't hold a charge longer than 1-3hrs. No matter how many hours it's been charging or the type of charger. This has been going on for 2 weeks and nothing works. I've had it now for a year. It shouldn't be malfunctioning already. Other than buying a new device, any advice? Also, all changing cords and ports are in pristine condition. Please help.

Tons of other people having the same problem, including me. The customer service told me it was a battery problem and offered me 25% off a new Fitbit. Trouble is, I would still be out way more money to get one with similar features and to be honest, I no longer trust the company. I am going with a Garmin Vivosmart.

I have the same problem. Last week the charge holds 5 days and since yesterday 1 hour...
This can't be the battery. I think it has to do with the new update of the app.

I think so too, but they don’t seem to want to admit that. It just seems funny that so many people have had the exact same problem at the same time. Shame on Fitbit.

It needs a new battery. I’ve had two and the battery last 1-2 years. If you have a ‘Fixit’ store near you they can order you a new battery and put it in for you. It cost some for labor because there is some saudering involved. Otherwise, your going to have to buy a new watch. Frustrating I know. I’m in the same predicament! Good luck!😉

My boyfriend has had his for 2yrs and never had this issue. He also has the older Fitbit Blaze. So I'm wondering if its only the newer ones that has this issue.

I wonder why the older model Fitbit Blazes aren't having the issues the newer ones are. I got mine April 2018 and now it doesn't work. I paid too much money for this.

Mine is doing the same. Never had a problem until now. Might be time for an Apple Watch.

Yea I bought my blaze in April 2017 and just noticed it that the battery isn’t holding a charge. It died yesterday and I left it charging all night. I took it off the charger about noon then by 10pm the battery level is red. This happen out of nowhere. WTH Fitbit.

I'm having the same issue for the past 2 weeks and I've had my Blaze for just about 1 year now, if there's a large number of people experiencing this I would think @Fitbit would be willing to do more than a 25% discount on a new product. The chances of me purchasing another FITBIT product are zero to none if that's the final remedy for this issue.
Samsung, here I come:)
