Blaze won't hold a charge

About a week ago my blaze stopped holding a charge. What's going on it seems that slot of people's stopped holding a charge about a week ago?

Thank you for this information about the trouble with the Blaze not holding a charge. The battery can last up to 5 days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary.

 

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Can I improve my Fitbit device's battery life?

 

I was also informed that you already have a case created with the customer support team or that you already got in touch with them. I hope everything goes well.
