I’ve had my Fitbit Blaze for a year and a half now and used it a lot for the first 6 months and then started a job where I couldn’t use it so I tucked it away for a while. A few months ago I got it out to start using again and it says that the battery is fully charged but it instantly dies the second it’s not on the charger. I left it and got back to it again today and it’s still doing the same. I’ve kept it in a safe place and was very careful with it when I used it. I’ve heard this is a big issue for customers, how can I get this fixed please?

Welcome to the forums!
Im really sorry but these batteries need to be charged. When they are not for long periods of time it totally kills them. Nothing you can really do
