Blaze won’t hold charge

My husbands Blaze is approx 2 years old. He charges it overnight and shows fully charged however, it only lasts maybe 12 hours. What can he do? Can you replace the battery?

Hi Heppj,

 

Fitbit does not have a battery replacement program.  I was able to find a national battery chain in the US that did the battery replacement.  Please send me a private message and I will send you the details.

I have to charge my blaze twice a day at present Fitbit are aware, I am awaiting an update
