After the app update on my S7 last week and since June 2nd, my fitbit blaze won't keep a charge longer than 24 hrs, even after turning off the battery hungry options. I've also noticed that my heart rate is no longer being tracked since then as well. The green lights are working. I've restarted my blazed, turned the heart rate setting to off for 10 secs and turned it back to on, deleted my device and re-added to app, deleted the app from my phone, restarted my phone, and re-downloaded the app with zero results from any of those solutions. I've had this tracker since April with no issues. Any FB comm members had a similar issue and found a solution?

Hi,
I just wanted to know if you've found a solution to your Fitbit Charge issues (not staying charged, not taking your heart rate)? My husband (I'm writing on his account for him) is having the same issues and weve only had these since May, I think...March or May, it was one of our birthdays, lol! They've been great up until about the same time yours started going defunct. Mine is still good, battery is getting a little shorter, but not nearly as bad as my husbands.
Anyway, if you've any information on how to fix this or what you've done to remedy the situation, I'd love to know.
Thanks,
Tiggredcat
