Blaze won’t keep time

My Blaze often doesn’t display the correct time, even if it’s fully charged.  Sometimes my steps don’t sync either.  And on rare occasions, the whole screen goes staticy and looks like it’s having a colorful seizure.  A quick reset does not help.  Any other suggestions?

Welcome @KatRose3I'm happy to see you participating in our Community. Sorry for the delay.

I'll be glad to give you a hand with this. First of all, let's try a couple of steps to make your Blaze to connect again:

What model of phone are you using? If the syncing issue remains with a mobile device I would recommend following the steps below:

  1. Restart your Blaze once again
  2. Reboot your phone and check that you phone and Fitbit App is up to date (Fitbit app should be updated since you've just reinstalled it)
  3. Open Bluetooth Settings on your phone and delete your Blaze from there (forget device)
  4. Open Fitbit App > Account > Blaze > Remove device (tap on the trash can in the upper right corner)
  5. Reboot your Bluetooth and double check that it is not connecting from there
  6. Force quit the App. Open it again Account > Set up a device

Those steps wont delete your recent information, all details should be safe on your Blaze.

If there is anything else we can help you with, do not hesitate to post it.
