@Aliance222 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with your clock on your Blaze device. When was the last time your device synced with your phone/app? This sounds more like a syncing issue than a clock face one. If the Blaze doesn't sync then the time won't be updated the same with changing the clock face. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Good evening,

That is what my Blaze started doing and I was instructed to change clock faces and restart my blaze via the app. This will fix it, but if you are able to create a ticket and possibly have it replaced I recommend you do. I believe this was the precursor just a few months before the warranty lapsed and then after the warranty ended my Blaze just stopped working all together. If it is still under warranty then report errors right away and make sure there are tickets to track those errors, maybe they will make it right.
