I just got a new blaze, and after putting in the pin, it never goes past that, I've been on this for an hour, it doesn't pair after that, I'm using Android s7 AT&T on Android nougat, help

Yes I have done all that, it's a Samsung galaxy s7, running Android 7 and it still won't pair, I tried to connect it to my windows 10 pc, it doesn't connect too ,ive restarted multiple times, both my phone and the tracker, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app too
