I figured this out after an hour of working on it 🙄 Go to the settings ON THE BLAZE. Scroll to where it says "Bluetooth Classic" and make sure it says On

@chief_k the Classic is only for music control on nun iOS devices. It has nothing to do with notifications.

This is what I tried and it worked
Been spending 2 days of effort to get the Fitbit works on my Android phone and failed. Then I tried setting it up on my iPad and it synced seamlessly.

@nitishv that might be the reason you are unable to connect to the android phone.
Turn the bluetooth off on the ipad then open the Fitbit app on the phone. It should sync as long as both are logged into the same fitbit account.

I have tried that too, that option didn’t work either....
