So, I wanted to control my music via the Blaze, switched to Classic and it seemed to work. For whatever reason, it (Blaze) seemed not to connect to my phone when wanting to use the GPS on the phone for exercising so decided to go back to non-Classic. Kept getting an error that said there was an issue connecting to Blaze in the Bluetooth menu. Decided to delete it all and start over. It said that all unsynced data would be lost, but it had only been a few hours since last sync so I when ahead and deleted it from my account. Now, after re-downloading the app, I go through the setup but right after the app says "We Found Your Tracker" I get "Bluetooth Issues" tells me that if it's the first time seeing this message, hit cancel and try again. I've done that, shutdown the Blaze, restarted BT and any combination of the lot. I'm about ready to take a hammer to it and my phone.

Welcome to the Community Forums @PrByTor! I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for your efforts in troubleshooting this Bluetooth connectivity issue with your Blaze.
While reading your post I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
If your phone is compatible, please try the following steps in order:
1. Remove your Blaze from the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device or any other phone you tried to set it up with.
3. Restart your Blaze.
4. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
5. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
Give this a go and let me know the outcome, I'll be around.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
