Blaze won't start

I've had my blaze for almost 6 months now and during this time it has been great and I've had no problems. Only recently as of a few days ago my blaze would turn off randomly and wouldn't be able to turn back on without it being plugged in. The blaze would still have the amount of battery that it should have after that amount of use. I removed the blaze from the charger and restarted it before re-syncing it. After this occurred a few more times it seems like it happens after my hand or arm takes a quick jolt, I think this because it turns off normally sometime during cycling. 

 

Steps I've tried has included:

  • Restarting
  • Manual shutdown then power back on
  • Fully draining battery and then recharging
  • Changing settings such as Quick View

I'm sorry to hear that your tracker is turning off all of a sudden when it's not connected to the charging cradle and thanks a lot for what you've already tried to get it to work!

 

Since you've tried a lot of things and your tracker seems to be doing the same still, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to the Support Team for them to take a deeper look and help you out with this!
