On Saturday my Blaze started vibrating 4.5 km into a 5 km run. It wouldn't stop. I did a restart as per topic "Blaze won't stop vibrating?" by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This initially paused the vibration for a few minutes but it resumed. I restarted more than 5 times and it wouldn't stop vibrating. Eventually the battery went flat.
Now when I attempt to recharge it starts vibrating the instant it is in the charger . This stopped after a few minutes but I can't get the screen reliably to turn on (it doesn't show the charging bar progress ... sometimes just the fitbit logo). Pretty frustrated as only purchased this in October 2017.
It hadn't got wet, knocked or any similar issue.
Sync with a iPhone mobile and this still worked despite the vibration .... before the battery went flat.
Does anyone have any suggestions ?

Have you let the battery completely die? Let it get to the point that it doesn't even show the dead battery anymore.

Yes @AlejandraFitbit I have emailed the support team and they responded within 1 day and want me to run the listed standard series of battery checks as per the website help (checking contacts, trying another USB charger, trying a different charger etc). But this doesn't relate to the original vibration issue. My girlfriend will bring her charger tomorrow so I will be able to rule out all these issues and respond the support teams request.

I am assuming @Rich_Laue that when the screen doesn't remotely respond to touches or button presses that that means it is completely flat. It is only when put back in the charging cradle that (sometimes) I can get a response and that is the red bar as low as possible and flashing.

I have the exact same problem. Our of the blue after run it started vibrating when I was cooking dinner. I tried restarting. The vibrating caused the batter to die with in about an hour. I charged it for a bit but when I went put it on it began vibrating again. My blaze is only about a year or so old. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Mine has done the same - but that was after I accidentally took it diving for golf balls. Following to see if there is a solution though - it has been sitting on my south facing windowsill in a bag of rice for a week now. 🙂

Ultimately my Vibrating Fitbit had to be replaced. The replacement did not work straight out of the packet (would not charge on two different chargers and different power supplies). Second replacement sent and has worked for last 6 months with no issues to date.

I have the exact same problem with my alta hr! I was wondering why it happened as it just happened after a gym workout. Hoping the customer support team can fix my issue too!
