Blaze won't swipe and back button won't work

Blaze won't swipe. Freeze on one screen until you charge it. Then you get logo screen. Tap and you get next screen and that's as far as you get freezes. Tried the reset holding all buttons nothing no vibration. Sometimes won't count steps just freezes.
