I've had my Blaze for 5 months. Now the clock is all wrong, it won't sync and the update says it's "loading" and then does nothing and stops. Help!

We have several problems listed above.
Some decided to remove their tracker from their Fitbit account, this will only add problems not fix any.
Some say they can't symc
Some say they can't update, but haven't mentioned what they are trying to update
As stated above, the first thing to do is to remove the tracker from your phones BT setting screen.
Step twois to make sure the app is up to date
Step three is to shut your phone off and restart
Step four is to shut your Blaze off through the settings menu.. It will mess the clock up but you say it already is. Restart by pressing any button.
Now try and do a sync

I'm having the same issue. Clock is stuck and it won't sync or update. It also won't let me 'forget' the device through my iPhone.. so frustrating! Date stuck 4 weeks in the past.

Same problem here. Dont waste your time calling their support number. Just spent over an hour on the line only to be told what I already knew, there is some sort of issue with thier app and the iPhone 10.2 update.

I had to take the additional step of removing the app from my iPhone and re-installing but once I did that this seems to work now.

This solution is for IOS. Need solution for Blaze syncing with Win 10 via Fitbit Web App. My Blaze is connected via USB cable but doesn't sync. Very disappointing.

My battery was dead for about a month from non-use. Now I can't get it to sync. It says it is loading but never does. What do I do?

Had the same problem with unable to sync to phone
Hold left button and lower right button until symbol appears. Was able to sync to iphone once it was reset. try that.

this is happening everyday! I delete the app on the phone and then download it again. Very frustrating! It shows that it recognizes the Blaze but then just keeps spinning.
