Blaze won't sync says bluetooth is off

My Blaze won't sync.  It says my bluetooth is turned off but it isn't.  I have not had this problem with my Blaze before.  It has synced with my computer and phone before.  It is my computer (windows 10) that is telling me this.

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using the following procedure:

It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. You might need to give it a few tries though as it's known to not always work.

Thank you!  I will keep trying this.  So far, it has not worked.

Have you restarted the computer yet, maybe it would be better to shutdown the computer.

At least turn Bluetooth off/on.
