Blaze won’t sync time and date

Bought a second hand blaze - everything is good with it but how do I sync it with my phone???

Thank you for your inquiry on how to sync your Blaze with your account. 

 

Please make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app. For more information in how to sync your daily data using the Fitbit app in your phone, please check the information provided in this article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?

My Versa died so I broke out my old Blaze but the time will not sync.  I have rebooted it, uninstall the app, reset and nothings working. Its up to date and fully charged but still no change in the time. I have also checked my time zone and its correct but the Blaze is not.  Also on my Dashboard I don't have the gear icon either. Please help

I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.

I had to keep uninstalling it until it caught up, weird but it worked. And
I mean Each time,ugh smh

I'm sorry to see that you're experiencing the same problem to sync your time and date. Could you please confirm if you already tried all the troubleshooting steps mentioned here earlier? In Addition, please let me know if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
