Blaze won't sync to Android phone

My Blaze will not sync with my Android  for the past 4 days.

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

A couple more things to try. 

  • Check for phone updates
  • Check for Fitbit updates
  • Go into phone settings / Apps / Fitbit / Storage / Clear cache
  • While in phone settings let's Force stop the Fitbit app. Swiping of screen will not shut down the Fitbit app. 
  • Shut down phone, this is the only way to reset a hardware error. 

For me one of my last points usually get me up and syncing.
