Ever since I got my new phone the Blaze won't sync with my device. Every so often it will but if my device dies I have a hard time getting it to connect. The last time my device connected was Spetember 13. I have tired everything and been on every forum. Nothing works. Has anyone else had s this issue?

Welcome on board @McCrabby, it's nice to see a new member around! Thanks for already troubleshooting this syncing inconvenience on your own, nice way to go!

Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent Huawei Lite models, including P8, P9, and P20 Lite, from syncing with some devices, like Fitbit devices, our products are not compatible with these mobile phones.

Note that the devices on this list have been confirmed as fully compatible with all features of Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app. While a phone or tablet may not be verified as fully compatible, the Fitbit app may still work with your device.

Our team routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone meets the minimum operating system requirements. Note that the majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products.

If your phone supports Bluetooth 4.0, I'd recommend giving the syncing troubleshoot  a try to see if you can successfully connect your tracker.

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

Let me know if there's anything else I may assist you with.

Hi there, I've been trying to investigate whether Fitbit have added Huawei P20 lite to their list of compatible devices ?

I'm Seriously not going to support this company anymore. What the heck reason would a 4GB ram phone have to not connect with a dumb watch. What an utter waste of time and money investing in these products.

I've got a p20 lite that has worked with my phone for afew months now. For the past week I have not been able to sync it. Literally tried everything and there is very little in the way of support or help for this. I don't understand how it can work and then not. Or why it doesn't work, Huawei are the newest make of mobiles around and to not find a way to be comparable is stupid.

I have the same synchronization problem with my Huawei P20.  I love my phone as it is an amazing device. But it just has this one issue and my watch is no good to me.
